Sarge Matthews has been spotted in and around the stadium wearing some fantastic hats since he’s been employed by the Phillies. But none have had as much style or flair as the coolie-style straw hat he was sporting yesterday while hanging out in the Spanish broadcast booth.

The whole thing started with my friend noticing him putting on the hat and saying something along the lines of “what the hell is he wearing?” I grabbed my camera figuring I’d get a shot or two to send to meech. Then he saw me, smiled for me, and even waved after I put the camera down. The man is seriously cool. Good night, Irene.
