Yesteryear, Jones, Smoltz, Maddux, Glavine, ect used to always say they’d look into the Phillies dugout in tight situations and knew the Phillies were somehow going to lose the game. They weren’t winners.
The tide has changed.

It also helps when the other team’s second baseman drops a popup with two outs in the ninth. Makes it a real “tough out” when that happens.
