Jimmy Rollins being late is nothing new – just ask Chase

Check out this clip from a Chase Utley “5 Questions” segment that originally aired on Comcast in late May. DNL Live host Michael Barkann asks Chase, “Which teammate is always late?”
After taking a second or two to think about it, Chase blurts out “Jimmy Rollins.”
I apologize in advance for the shitty quality of the video, but all you really need is the audio.

I remember seeing this. What kind of team leader is known to his teammates as being the last to show up?
Not a good one!

That’s the first thing I thought of when I heard he was scratched.

It was nice to see Jimmy Rollins finally attempt to bunt for a hit following Dobbs home-run the other day. The attempt was unsuccessful, but it might be a good sign of an increased willingness to play some small ball. Lot’s of chatter lately about trading Rollins for a pitcher, don’t know it I’d go that far.
