Hot off the wire! Via Fox 29 Philadelphia:
PHILADELPHIA – People have been evacuated from Citizens Bank Park after police say three suspicious packages were found just hours before a scheduled Phillies game.
The discovery was made at 4:12 p.m., and the police department’s bomb squad is en route to check out the devices, found at an entrance on the Pattison Avenue side of the stadium.
The stadium hasn’t been completely evacuated. The Phillies were still on the field warming up at 5 p.m., but Vargus reported that a group of fans that was in the stands earlier has disappeared.
I was just mesmerized watching the live feed from Fox 29’s helicopter for the past 15 minutes and it looks like they blew up one of the three “suspicious packages” that was laying around.

UPDATE: Fear not, Citizens Bank Park-goers, it turns out they were supplies left behind by a hot dog vendor.
That’s actually pretty funny.
