The Sporting Blog’s foreman, Chris Mottram, is blogging his little heart out this week in the Bronx for the 2008 All-Star Game. Besides continuing his ultra-creepy (but hilarious) stalker routine, he was also roaming the floors at the Javits Center for the FanFest hullabaloo. This is where he ran into C. Yeager; a Philadelphian dressed in full Phillies regalia who enjoys scribbling his name on MLB licensed products, rendering the already-overpriced items obsolete and/or worthless.
Watch (and enjoy) as Mr. Yeager defaces $15 Rawlings baseball after $15 Rawlings baseball:
I’d just like to point out that a.) the ‘P’ wristbands were a nice, subtle touch, b.) #16 is actually J.C. Romero, and c.) baseball players haven’t had an American Flag patch on the back of their jersey since 2001.
Fucking idiots, man.

This is why people should be shot. Especially the Mom in the Gay-Rod shirt.

In all fairness to the poor kids, they assumed anyone could be a Phillie. After all, the Phils still have Adam Eaton pretending to be a baseball player.

This guy comes to CBP dressed in full uniform quite a bit as well. Whatever.

It’s because of guys like this asshole that Greg Legg never had anyone ask him for an autograph while in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Hmm. I thought I tried to submit this. Let’s try again.

And it appears now, while I (a) can’t remember what I wrote the first time, and (b) with this, I’ve created three posts. To make up for it, I’m going to troll on a Mets board for a while. Toodles.

Thanks alot to Kruk, Boomer and Morgan for jinx’ing the F out of Utley. Shameless one-nut b*stard!!
July 15th, 2008 at 2:38 am
Perhaps Utley should be at FanFest and C. Yeager at the HR Derby after that pathetic performance

C. Yeager is hot. I’d totally do him
