Stolen Base Attempt Results in Surprise Buttsecks

Last night in the bottom of the first inning Nyjer Morgan thought it would be a good idea to steal second base off of Jonathan Niese when Niese has allowed one stolen base in his major league career and Morgan already has 11 failed stolen base attempts on the year. Run on sentence. No pun intended.
Anyway, Wright pushed Morgan’s foot of the base and the result was a face that screams surprise buttsecks.
[EDITOR'S NOTE] I don’t give a FUCK if the Mets are in first place and we are in last place by 90 games, I will continue to make fun of their futile, poorly run franchise and there will be no stopping it.

David Wright and Jose Reyes were caught having buttsecks the other night in Puerto Rico.
…it was obviously pretty rough.Jose Reyes has missed a few games to due back stiffness and asshole inflamation.

The first, duh. I can’t really be upset with them because the other team excels– I just want them to hit the ball and perform the way that I know they can.
Clearly the most aggravating will be when the Phillies break out for 8 runs, and Kendrick and the bullpen combine to give up 9.
That’s not aggravating at all. It’s to be expected.
What *IS* aggravating is when Cole Hamels gices up 3 RUNS, and we somehow lost the game after 9 unanswered runs.

I like Vic as part of a package towards Lee. Assuming you find a way to extend Lee and Werth. Suck up the extra salary until Raul and Lidge are off the books.

This is a stupid thought that crossed my mind one day. Is it possible to dump Ibanez or Lidge if you include Vic as part of trade? Vic would have to improve and a team would take on a lot of salary. bigmiles, shane especially, i said before that shane just looks bad hitting lefty. I dont think ive ever seen him drive a ball to left center while batting lefty, which would be the good indication he’s driving the ball rather than pulling off. He’s the worst left handed, all he does is yank the ball.. or at least try to. I’m assuming he’s a natural righty.. like you said.. try it

Kinda hard to take too many positives away from a win VS the Pirates, even if it was by 8 runs.
Unless the Phillies can keep that kind of offense going against actually GOOD teams, than it’s hard to get too excited.
Like I said a few weeks ago, we need to WIN the upcoming series against the Braves if we want to look like a legit team.
Taking 1 game of the Braves series will not do, we need the Phillies to either sweep them or AT LEAST get the series fucking win.

Pitching matchup is Halladay VS Lowe on Monday,Hamels VS Jjurjens on Tuesday, and Moyer VS fuck if I know on Wednesday
So fuck if I know is guaranteed to throw a gem against them. We’ll just have to see against Lowe and Jurgens I guess…
I think Medlen is pitching against Moyer. Which is good because before Jurrjens came back, it would’ve been Kawakami who sucks meaning he would throw a perfecto against us.

It’s touchy with Lowe. They either light him up or he shuts them down, I can see them having problems scoring that game.
It would kinda be funny to have the Phillies go into the break with 47-Year-Old Jamie Moyer having the most wins of the rotation, though.
